That lawn in front of it has marquees all over it during the regatta. There's probably not much of a view of the course from the terrace sadly. Knock a couple of mil off at least I reckon

It does say in the advert that the grounds are rented out during the regatta “this has provided excellent financial return for the past 25 years”. I’d be curious to know how much they make from leasing out the grounds, and also it would be interesting to see what would happen if the new owners decided they no longer wanted to?
