While the articles above encourage you to cut yourself a break & not get TOO extreme...
on the flipside, unless you are training FULL TIME & completing at least 3 workouts/day...
most of this is NOT an option & lightweights please don't even waste your time reading this...
because there is very little "human" about those weights & almost no room for these kinds of vices.
(if you actually want to be as successful as possible)
Honestly, a lot of it personally made my stomach turn regardless,
but different strokes for different folks,
& when weight is not an issue, diets can have a little more leniency in them...
Heaven knows Michael Phelps kicked some major butt with some pretty crappy octane.
Food can & should be enjoyed,
just always keep in mind if you are eating for performance
since healthier choices might be a better option.
