An independent review of Rowing Ireland's HP programme will soon begin following the Troubled Waters investigative reporting first published almost eight months ago. Amanda Bennett, a former Welsh rugby internationl who led a previous investigation into Irish women's rugby, will lead this review. She will be supported by Kathryn (Katie) Ball, GB OLY '84 (W4+). The review should conclude by the end of this year.
