Certainly makes it about 1,000,000 times more accessible but probably time to go if it can't maintain its original format. The tedious swimming with athletes of different levels, unwatchable fencing (what just happened?) combined with laser gun and slow running not exactly a spectator even otherwise although the finish is kind of exciting since they stagger the start according to previous results so it's a true race to the line for gold.

I watched the whole equestrian event there and it is slightly shocking how much the arbitrary assignment of horses caused absolute chaos. It's entertaining but you imagine how much work the athletes put into it just to get some horse that won't jump and it's hard not to feel sympathy.
