heels to seat top in a 1x?

How about a short discussion of heels to seat top measurements in a 1x? I know that waterline to seat top enters into this as well.
I had Cardiac Catheter Ablation ‘20 I was totally asymptomatic, (Apple Watch alerted me) persistent, Atrial Flutter and, post Ablation, I was in persistent sinus rhythm until July 1, ‘24.
Now am in Afib 24/7.

The rule of thumb starting point I use is: heels the same distance below the center of seat between the holes as the oarlock is above the same point on the seat.

Essentially the height of the shoes depends on your own dimensions, seems best to have someone on the bank check the shins are vertical and knees just under your armpits
