I'm just a PR victim i guess, I mean why did I get an Empacher in the first place? because all the scullers I looked up to at the time had Empachers. Difference is I get better results with a 12 year old Empacher than I ever have with a 2 year old fluid.

The fluid cult got to me and I got a lightly used boat two years ago. really couldn't go as fast in it as my old empacher and i didn't enjoy rowing it as much so i sold it. i'm told by other some fluid groupies that it was my lack of skill and that the empacher is more forgiving.
