So there's an exception if you're an unaffiliated single sculler or if your team only has one entry at the regatta. This policy is in place for all USRowing-owned regattas starting 2023.

So we have to not only pay our (increased) entry fees, and (increased) membership fees, but also provide free labor for our teams to race......

I think you and I are probably one of the remaining few. If you need a copy, I have about 8-9 copies as every time I tell someone I haven't gotten around to reading it yet, they buy me a copy of the book!!!!

Thank you for the offer. I have copies, it’s just when I get a chance to read on a beach in the Caribbean, rowing is the last thing I want to read.
