Stream results appear to be wrong. Regatta timing looks more accurate

The stream "results" are actually the start times. Not sure why the video gurus picked those to display...!

Dartmouth wins the award for punching above their seeding for sure. This is where time trials are the best/objective measure of semifinal placement.

Dartmouth seeded 10th based on the coaches poll and finishing 2nd in the time trial is a huge jump, as is Colgate who were seeded 25th and jumped up 11 spots to finish 14th in the time trial.

Colgate’s coach Khaled Sanad is a very good coach who in my opinion has the ability to coach at a higher level but he has elected to stay at Colgate for family reasons.

Did anyone see the oars that Holy Cross' 3V was using? I've never seen a major crew at a major regatta row with those oars, unless I was seeing things...

Just as everyone projected, the crews in favored lanes for all three eights are Washington, Cal, and Dartmouth. What a weird day!

once again baffled by IRA scheduling. Conditions held up better than I was expecting yet the V4 semi was pulled. Conditions don't look better tomorrow so why not race?
