Have been following this guide for the past month or so. Can't follow it to the letter or I'd blow up. But many good AT or AT/T type workout ideas. Will have to study the next pages for buildup to Fall head race season. Anybody use this program? PM me with comments/feedback/ideas/wisdom.
I erg in the morning before work ~ 20 minutes. Then in evening after work I hammer out the prescribed hard stuff ~ 45-50 minutes total water time. Too early to know if it's worth the effort and stress but I sure get good and tired...
