Put the boat guts up in slings, lift the bow up over your head, and shake the sh!t out of it. It will move down to where you can get it.

Or have the crew carry the shell to an incline and have the uphill end go overhead and the downhill end go to low waist (being careful of the end nearest the ground) and shake gently so as to cause the phone to slide in the desired direction. the same idea as above, but with even more gravitational assistance.
