As the fall season starts up there are bound to be many sore muscles in our future. I know everyone has their favorite tricks to a quick recovery from the soreness. Would anyone care to share some of their tricks?
Some of the ones that I always do are chocolate milk, peanut butter, bananas, and a hot shower followed by a good amount of stretching.

Epsom Salt baths. hot water and a cup of Epsom salt. helps relax sore muscles amazingly.
Also have your athletes, or yourself take ZMA. It helps you get to a full deep sleep quickly. You will wake up feeling amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this. When i went through the fire academy our coach told us to all get it. I have sworn by it since.
