coreperfect

Post by pierre »

Anyone used it?
I bought one (had some bucks to spend). I first used it to warm prior some erg last week, then I locked it.
The feeling is close to what I could figure about ergging on a physio-ball.

It feels interesting, but I'm a little bit afraid about the hurting that can be done to the lower back.

I like mine.

It made me work on having symmetrical leg drive, which I wasn't really aware I didn't have before where I was hanging on a bit longer on one side.

Can't do that on the coreperform unless you want to get dumped on your butt.
