kinesio tape
seeing more tape jobs than ever in rio. Most of the studies I've read haven't been able to quantify any real benefits. Can anyone point me to some that say otherwise?

What about the cupping therapy? Seems especially popular for swimmers, but I suspect it also may be more placebo than anything? Though in theory it at least seems more sound than putting some tape on your skin....
