Possibly...although I wouldn't be surprised to see him back with 2 blades at HOR4's

Weather is looking distinctly dodgy for the weekend...23mph South-westerly gusting to 40mph...that's a direct headwind...it's going to be brutal or, more likely be cancelled/run as time trials. But to be honest who in their right mind schedules a major 2K regatta at Holme Pierrpoint (or indeed any multi-lane course) in mid-October!!

Well, it'll be fair at least. IME it's only the first 500 that is really bad in windy conditions. After that it's merely "Tidewayesque".

Are the Canadian Nat Champs next month?

But the conditions at the World Coastals look much flatter then we're likely to get in the UK this weekend.

Nov 8-10 in Welland, Ontario. Same place they are holding the PanAm Games regatta next summer.
Southern Ontario is usually cold and windy in November.
I feel sorry for the kids at our club training for the nats right now.
