National Team Coxswains Answer Your Questions
Hi Team USA Fans,
For the past weeks I’ve been posting interviews with our national teamers. Now we’re going to try doing something a little differently. This time you get to ask the questions.
Instead of me interviewing our National Team coxswains, Pete Cipollone, Marcus McElhenney, Ned DelGuercio and Mary Whipple have all agreed to answer your questions.
Is there anything you’ve every wanted to know about coxing or the coxswain experience? Want to know what it takes to make it on the National Team? Want to ask about the Olympic experience? Are you looking for any advice on your own coxing experience? Are you a coach looking for advice to give your coxswains? Are you a rower looking for helpful tips to give your cox?
Anything goes (within reason of course).
How this will work:
You can submit your questions or comments
1) On the Team USA: Rowing fan page on Facebook
2) In the Comments section below
3) Email them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you want to submit your question anonymously, best to email me directly, and request to be kept anonymous.
Deadline for questions is Wednesday, March 10, 11:59 EST (trying to be a little official here).
After that we’ll pull all questions together, and Pete, Mary, Ned and Marcus will each answer two submitted questions. Answers will start getting posted Monday, March 16.
Feel free to submit a question that’s already been asked – the more people asking the same question, the more likely it will get answered!
Send me any suggestions or comments you may have, and of course pass this message on to anyone who may be interested. Other than that, start posting your questions!
